After graduating from college in 2005, Alvin started working as a web developer, designing and developing web applications, for a Minnesota-based web marketing company. He joined UNL’s Internet and Interactive Media division a year later. His primary work is focused on designing and implementing usable user interface for web applications that adhere to web standards and accessibility guidelines. When he’s not at work, he likes to laugh at babies who are late walkers. Originally from Sarawak, Malaysia, where, he says, “hippie, tree-hugging people thrive,” Alvin loves cheesecake.
