The nicest things people have said about me
Every now and then, people say nice things to me that make me pause for a second and realize I’m not such a horrible person at all, and that I’m glad for just having to know them. Depending on which phase of my life you’d met me, I can either be an arrogant bastard or a likable chap. But these heartful and honest things people have said to me span across those many phases of my life and so I thought I’d share, if not for any other reason than to show that simple acts of kindness can make someone’s day. Here’re some of the nicest things people have said to me:
- “I’m so glad I’ve met you. So very glad. Everytime I hit the wall, I ask myself: ‘What will Alvin do?’ “
- “You’re the nicest, truest and most down to earth guy I’ve ever met.”
- “You’re a beautiful person.”
- “A lion will always be a king no matter where he goes. That’s how you should think of yourself - a lion.”
